Sora Batch Processor — Privacy Policy

Summary
Sora Batch Processor runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to the developer or to third parties.
What the extension does
- Adds a small, draggable panel on sora.chatgpt.com so you can paste line-separated prompts and submit them sequentially.
- Monitors on-page elements (e.g., toast messages, loading spinners, and grid tiles with data-index) to respect Sora’s generation limits (max 3 concurrent).
- Optionally creates simple text log files locally using your browser’s download capability.
Data we process
- On-device only. The extension reads the DOM of sora.chatgpt.com and the text you type into the extension’s UI to perform automation on your machine.
- No collection. The extension does not send any content, prompts, identifiers, analytics, or diagnostics to the developer or to external services.
Permissions
- Host permission: https://sora.chatgpt.com/*
Used solely to inject the UI and interact with that site’s page elements to submit prompts and detect generation state. - No other host permissions, no optional permissions, no remote code, and no analytics libraries.
Storage & retention
- The extension does not retain data on a server.
- UI position/minimized state may be stored in your browser’s local storage.
- Optional log files are created only when you choose to download them and remain on your device.
Third-party sharing
- No data is shared or sold to third parties.
- The extension does not use data for advertising or profiling.
Children’s privacy
This extension is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because no data is collected, there is no personal data to delete.
Security
Because data is processed locally and not transmitted, risk of exposure is minimized. Keep your browser up to date and only install extensions from sources you trust.
Changes to this policy
If functionality or permissions change, this policy will be updated and the new effective date will be posted at the top.
